You will have to eat salads for lunch and dinner instead of what you normally eat
Yes, you can add protein and get creative to make it more fun!
NO CHEESE! NO CROUTONS!
ONLY BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE STYLE DRESSINGS.
How do I get two weeks of training for free?
You must sign up and complete the entire process
THE RULES:
1. You have to take a picture of your salad
2. Post your salad on IG or FB (social media)
3. Tag @teamcanfitness and put #TeamCanSaladWeek
If you follow these rules for all seven days, you will WIN TWO FREE WEEKS OF TRAINING WITH TEAMCAN FITNESS. Yes, you must post both salads per day.
